How to know if an online store is legit?

Hi! I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I would like to know if you see any red flags for this webshop - https://collectioncards-lounge.de/. I'd love to order something from them, but they have 0 online mentions, 0 reviews, 0 social media presence, so it feels a bit dodgy. There is no Paypall option, so I don't feel safe either. Is online shop fraud common or rare in Germany? Hope to get feedback, thanks!

R: This website checks to make sure that businesses in Germany are following the legal requirements.

You can pay for items from that shop with the "Rechnung" option, meaning they will send the items with their risk and you can pay for them after you receive them. This option is only available for customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This person has posted their address on their website, so you can check it on Google Maps. There used to be a big shop at that address – an old Edeka Supermarket. If you're unsure, you can order something inexpensive first to test it out. It could be a new shop.

The address appears to be a family house, but that doesn't tell us much about the online shop. I googled the phone number and it is connected to https://www.collectingnerds.de/, which appears to be a legitimate shop. It seems strange that they use the same number, maybe they are in a collective.

?

The simplest way to figure out what's going on is to send a WhatsApp message to the number of both shops and ask why they have the same layout but are owned by two different people at two different addresses.

I read the terms and conditions. The website looks good, but I would prefer to buy something using the "Rechnung" or "auf Rechnung" payment method, which was suggested by another user. This way you can get your items, have a look at them, and then pay.

The shop looks legit - it has a real address, AGBs, Impressum, Datenschutz and Wiederrufsbelehrung. Prices are good and you can pay by Klarna (an invoice with 4 weeks to pay). I suggest ordering from this shop.

Is the shop in China? If so, what's the issue with getting your money back? Good question.

When I run it, the middle/yellow circle appears. Since there is no UST-ID or reviews, it is better not to take a risk.

When I go to the checkout, my country is automatically detected and I'm offered one delivery option - international standard for 40 €.
